Leptin and the loss of stubborn fat

Apart from some debilitating illness or injury that prevents you from the same training and diet properly, most of excuses for being overweight are not valid!

Even disability is often not an excuse, as there are some stories of those people exceptional to have gotten much more than what he has or ever will despite being physically disadvantaged.

This can be a hard truth, but there are too people are not willing to accept the fact that 99% of people who think they have an excuse are simply doing all he can be convinced that there is no solution because it is an easy option.

So what is really happening?

1) The brain of your subconscious, which controls all behavior that make you cave diving for chocolates because he is hungry can not look in the mirror. In other words, it is based solely on messages to program it and hormones which are sent to him as messengers from other parts of your body.

They are not easy solutions, but are simple. The difficult bit is to apply the approach to!

2) If your hormones are permanently off-line is unlikely to ever see the results you want. If they are unwilling to take steps to rebalance their internal systems you, as you can not waste their efforts.

3) Healthy people do not have excess fat. Build your health and the rest will fall into place.

So what's the deal with hormones?

This is a truly massive issue that can not be given the attention it deserves here so that the document focuses on a called leptin, which many believe is the "fat controller" fat ….!

In short, leptin signals the brain when there is sufficient fuel in your body. In other words, they send signals saying, "Do not eat more because we have enough body fat to feed all the physical requirements." In other words: "I'm just hungry."

The result is that I do not feel hungry and avoid overeating.

So surely, the most great among us who eat jelly flabby hips and bellies must be doing something wrong, they should have leptin signals strongest of all given the excess body fat they carry.

Well, yes, they are doing, or more probably have been doing something wrong. Unfortunately, if you could get instant leptin (hormone and the matrix of all) is working properly again, then nobody would have this stubborn body fat that will not stop until it has been in the nutrition plan ideal for one or two weeks!

In these cases, the body does not make enough leptin and does two things very unproductive:

This is where it gets interesting …

If this was all due to lack of exercise only the quality and nutrition, the problem would be much easier to solve.

What are the solutions?

The first step in solving stubborn fat is to accept that you and only you are responsible for creating hormonal imbalances. Except perhaps in childhood, no one forces you to eat or drink anything you did not want.

Having a family to care is a common excuse.

In my opinion as a young man who does not have children, it is your duty to raise their children as healthy as possible in which case you should be instilling the values clean food, natural from an early age.

Those who do this are almost guaranteed to see happy, well behaved and the children grow successfully in recent years.

They, like many adults, will resist at first but once the toxins of hamburgers, soft drinks and 'trafficking', which are more like internal punishment in the body have been cut, all of you experienced more joy and flavor of natural foods.

Then accept that the longer you have abused your body, take longer to get back in balance.

Another accident in the diet will further aggravate the problem, so it should take long-term measures for immediate implementation.

These actions should include …

1) Eat a diet based largely on raw foods of plant origin (vegetables, herbs (easily taken in the "Green drinks), fruits, nuts and seeds). Decrease your intake of protein animal and eat more fish

2) Increase your intake of EPA and DHA to reduce inflammation and increase their ability to burn fat. 6 g per day should do the trick. These can be obtained from fish oils or other vegetarian sources.

3) Stop stressing your thyroid and help set in motion by increasing your intake of iodine and selenium. Iodine can be easily added to the green glass beads shaped like iodine lugol. Calcium is also very useful – this can be obtained from green leaves but it may be best completed in the first for a good start.

Do not increase your intake of milk for more calcium. This can increase the acidity in your body which must be neutralized. The agency often draws calcium from bones to help neutralize the acidic state thus doing more harm than good!

4) Look carefully at the source of emotional and physical stress in your life. The best nutrition and training plan in the universe will do little if you are still wired and unable to balance their life due to stress.

Sometimes intense exercise is the worst thing you can do what total job stress levels in your body. Try a yoga class and reduce the amount of hard exercise is doing for a couple of weeks.

5) Last but not least, drink at least 2-3 liters of bottled water per day. The more fat cells you have, in more places than there are for toxins to be stored. Your body will not release body fat if has no outlet for these toxins.

Adequate hydration status enable these to be flushed out to persuade the body in releasing fat and them, the toxins! At first this causes a headache, dark circles under the eyes, muscle aches and spots as the body begins to have a clear exit.

Push and this feeling of having a "health crisis" and you will come out the other end feel of a million dollars!

Hydration appropriate also greatly reduce inflammation in the body for what is likely to see some aches and pains ease off.

If you apply the above steps you will see progress.

In combination with an appropriate exercise program you will see the results of accelerating faster than you think it's possible!

Forget the phasing out of these if you want quick and lasting results. If you have stubborn body fat is because their internal machinery and hormones are in a mess.

Committing to rectify this compleetly for weeks. A few days with a weekend binge is likely to worsen the situation and lead to more problems with leptin and a multiplier effect on all other hormones in your body.
